Like Father, Like Son: Laptop and Crochet

Matt got interested in his educational computer toy (purchased by Mommy from Lazada) again.

Before we left home for work one morning, he reminded me: “Daddy, yung battery ng laptop ko ha?”. When we arrived home from work, he excitedly asked: “Daddy, yung battery ng laptop ko, nasan na?” while searching it from my bag.

Happily, he asked me to install immediately in his laptop. At first it didn’t work since one of the springs is already corroded due to the leak from the old battery that was not removed few months ago. I just scratched the spring and voila! His laptop works again.

Fuel for Chow

On our trip to Nueva Ecija last weekend, I noticed tarpaulins in Caltex stations that you can get free Chowking meals in three easy steps:

Aside from earning Happy Plus points everytime I refill Scarlet’s tank, I can also have free meals for every required amount of fuel. I can consume the required amount for less than two weeks. This means that I can get lots of free items for the entire promo duration. A very nice way to treat everyone.

Matt’s Funny Faces and Lines

Whenever I took photos at home – dishes, MTOs and others, Matt will immediately approach me and say: “Daddy ako naman picturan mo.” To please him, I will divert the glass to him and take few shots but he will never look at the lens and make a nice pose.
