Movie Sharing: Starting Over Again

I am not that much of watching local movies because most of it have the same plot and ending. But whenever I heard nice comments or a box office hit, I will try to have a copy and watch it.

Recently, I downloaded a clear copy of Starting Over Again. Aside from the box office hit, according to some reviews, the ending is different from the usual "they lived happily ever after". This caught my interest in viewing the film.

Entitled McArthur is the 6^th book, if not mistaken, of Bob Ong. This is also known as the Red Book. Thinking why entitled this way? Just read the book. Medyo unsanitary kasi ung description. But I think it is very shallow and there is a deeper meaning for choosing the title.

The book is all about a man named Noel taking nursing in one of the known universities in Metro Manila. Unfortunately, he caught into peers and learned how to use illegal drugs to escape from life’s reality.

One of telenovelas that we are waiting everynight is GMA’s “My Destiny” starred by Tom Rodriguez and Carla Abellana.

Tom played the role of Matthew and Carla played Grace. Since then, our “little bossing” Matthew claimed to be him. He used to play the guitar while singing the theme song.
